Community Involvement, Halcyon’s Mission to Pay it Forward
In addition to excelling in the business community, Halcyon is also deeply committed to the well-being of our employees, clients and social communities. We believe that all can prosper when we work in harmony with each other. Halcyon employees reach out to work side-by-side with those who can benefit from our service. In addition, we donate a portion of our revenues to social causes designated by our clients.
“Social responsibility is a key aspect of our company’s vision statement and core values. Here at Halcyon our vision is to be recognized as a premier IT business solution provider and the most socially responsible organization…equally!” – Mohan Viddam, Chairman and CEO, Halcyon Solutions
“We are excited to welcome Halcyon as one of our corporate volunteers,” said Catherine O’Connell, DFP Volunteer Coordinator. “In times such as these, there continues to be a growing demand for providing food to those in need, and we are thankful to companies such as Halcyon who can help with serving the pantry’s clients. We look forward to a long-term relationship with Halcyon.”
CONTRIBUTING OUR TIME TO LOCAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
Halcyon’s management and staff have been very active in local community organizations and are constantly looking for ways to give back to the local community. Since 2001, Mohan Viddam, Halcyon’s Founder, Chairman and CEO, and his family have been volunteering at the Columbus Homeless Shelter. Sanjay Dudaney, Halcyon’s President, is also very active in the local community. Sanjay is a regular volunteer driver for LifeCare Alliance’s Meals on Wheels Program, delivering meals to senior citizens in Columbus, Ohio. Sanjay has also volunteered his time with the Salvation Army and local Food Pantries. Together, Mohan and Sanjay are working on additional programs that will benefit the local community while utilizing the talents, resources and facilities that are available to Halcyon.
