Mohan Viddam, President
Mohan Viddam is the founder and president of Halcyon Technology Solutions, Inc. a premier IT consulting firm that was established in 1992 (then known as InterContinental Software Solutions). From project support, to strategic planning and implementation, Halcyon integrates and builds technology solutions to help companies achieve their potential. Halcyon employees strive to exceed their customers’ expectations in every aspect of their engagement.
Under Viddam’s leadership, Halcyon has grown from one of the leading integrators in the telecommunications industry to a premier IT consulting firm that specializes in ERP, data warehousing, business intelligence and collaboration portal technologies. Halcyon has earned the trust and respect of Fortune 500 clients, and has achieved industry awards and recognition.
Viddam started Halcyon based on his philosophy and the company’s mission statement: “All we seek is happiness for our customers and employees.” He is committed to improving the quality of life for Halcyon’s employees and their communities. In addition to ongoing technical training, Viddam offers employees classes that teach life-improving concepts like meditation and positive thinking. He is also deeply committed to social responsibility and giving back to the community. Several initiatives in the United States and India are underway, including the development of career training programs for U.S. veterans and efforts that contribute to the preservation of the earth’s environment.
Prior to establishing Halcyon, Viddam led all phases of software programming, design, testing, documentation, integration and project management for AT&T Bell Labs. He was also involved in employee recruitment. He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.

Sanjay Dudaney, CEO
As the CEO for Halcyon Solutions, Sanjay Dudaney brings over 20 years experience in management and information technology consulting services to the business. Dudaney has worked with companies such as Accenture, Price Waterhouse, Covansys and Nationwide Insurance in the areas of strategic planning, process reengineering, operational excellence, sales and marketing, software development, program management and technology development.
During his tenure at Covansys, Dudaney directed a consulting practice expansion strategy that successfully penetrated new markets, including private sector funds and federal and international retirement systems. The practice tripled in revenue within six years, establishing Covansys as the industry leader. Dudaney also managed the Public Sector Software Development Center, a CMM certified facility that employed over 120 software developers and managers, and serviced 19 clients nationwide. It accounted for over 66% of Covansys’ Public Sector revenue.
As Vice President for Ohio’s IT Alliance, Sanjay was instrumental in redefining their mission and developing new programs focused on growing the IT industry in Ohio. Under his leadership, Ohio’s IT Alliance implemented many successful programs, including a statewide online service to link buyers with IT companies and the rollout of a performance management system to oversee $200 million in grants.
Dudaney is the Executive Mentor to the Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (TEC) Institute at the Ohio State University’s Fisher Business College. He also is very active in the community and volunteers for several nonprofits, including delivering meals for LifeCare Alliance’s Meals on Wheels programs.
Dudaney earned an Electrical Engineering degree from National Institute of Technology, India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Jerry Lopper, Personal Development Management Consultant

With over twenty years of technology and management experience, Jerry fully understands the challenges and needs of the IT professional. The Blueprint for Success course, which he personally facilitates for Halcyon employees, combines the latest personal development findings from positive psychology research with his years of experience in developing technical-professional’s career growth.
Jerry is a prolific freelance writer, with well over three-hundred articles published on the web as well as two books and an e-learning course. He is the Feature Writer for Personal Development at Suite101.com, hosts his own personal growth site at www.PurposefulGrowth.com, combines the latest information on work/life balance at www.Balanced-Life.biz, and writes occasionally for other sites.
Jerry provides his personal development experience to individuals and groups in various workshop settings as well as personalized life coaching situations.
Jerry holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BS Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is an Associate Member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) with coach training courses from MentorCoach.

Alan Day, Director of HR and Operations
As Director of Operations & HR, Alan Day brings nearly 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations with him. Day has worked in a variety of small, medium and large companies in the areas of construction, real estate/property management, manufacturing and public accounting.
Day was associated with the big 6 accounting firms in Columbus in the early to mid 90’s where he worked with clients such as the City of Columbus, Bureau of Workers Compensation, Columbus City Schools, Ohio University, Ohio EPA, PERS, STRS and Police & Firemen’s Pension Funds, Maryhaven and St. Marks Clinic.
In addition to his accounting career, Day also has a background in international manufacturing on three continents, transportation & logistical matters, currency hedging, HR and operational issues. He has a proven record at cutting lead times, reducing back office cost and stream lining companies as they navigate the challenges in today’s economy. Day’s extensive experience with the Human Resources function has helped him create an employee-friendly culture in his past organizations and maintaining the highest levels of employee retention.
Day earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University and continues to be loyal fan of the Buckeyes. |
